Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–3=4 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
Modalynne ships to countries and regions that are available for selection during checkout.
If your destination cannot be selected during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Customers can review the applicable shipping cost before placing an order.
If free shipping applies to an order, this will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier, and fulfillment location.
The estimated delivery information available during checkout should be reviewed before completing your purchase.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by:

• Severe weather
• Public holidays
• Incorrect delivery information
• High order volumes

Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Please allow approximately 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately depending on inventory availability and fulfillment location.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@modalynne.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Failed Delivery
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, please contact our customer service team.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

We currently offer estimated delivery within 2–4 business days to the following destinations:

Australia: 2–4 business days
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
Canada: 2–4 business days
New Zealand: 2–4 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Actual delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers will receive tracking information by email once their order has been shipped.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us.
We will review the situation with the applicable shipping provider and provide an appropriate solution.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging where applicable
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges depending on the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.
